Job Description

In your role as a Workforce Manager at IntouchCX, you will be responsible for directing, managing, and supervising all activities related to the Workforce team for a dedicated IntouchCX program. Your contribution will play a key role in changing the way people perceive customer care and drive the success of our programs. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives of our partners - Interact with external partners to build and nurture long-term relationships - Analyze partner metrics and staffing regularly to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements - Actively manage, support, motivate, and retain members of the Workforce team - Participate in Sales meetings and respond to requests for information - Stay updated on emerging industry tools to enhance operational effectiveness Qualifications Required: - A University or College Degree in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or Business - Experience with Aspect software is considered an asset - Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, information-management, and decision-making skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Superior organizational skills with a strong ability to follow through - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Effective interaction with individuals at all organizational levels and diverse backgrounds - Strategic thinking ability with a focus on planning and monitoring for results Additionally, IntouchCX is a global leader in customer experience management, digital engagement, and AI and automation solutions.
