Job Description:
Looking for a seasoned WFM professional with 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Workforce Management for international BPO processes. The ideal candidate should have handled forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, RTA, and reporting, along with team and people management responsibilities.
Candidates with prior experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager – WFM are preferred. Exposure to WFM tools like IEX, Verint, Aspect, or NICE is essential. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and adaptability to rotational shifts are a must.
Key Requirements:

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
