Job Description:
We are looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Executive with prior experience in the travel industry to join our team at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WFM processes and the ability to manage resources efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Workforce Management (WFM)
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Ability to handle real-time monitoring, scheduling, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

We are looking for a Workforce Management Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Travel Industry WFM domain with strong analytical and planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real-time monitoring of call queues and agent productivity
• Forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Ensuring SLA adherence and workforce optimization
• Coordinating with operations and management teams for smooth workflow

Required Skill Set:
Workforce Management (WFM) expertiseStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel, MIS & reporting tools
Knowledge of workforce tools (NICE, IEX, Aspect, or similar)Excellent communication & coordination skills
