Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Analyze real-time data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in workforce management.
Develop and maintain reports using MIS tools to provide insights on staffing levels, productivity, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
Provide expert advice on RTA (Real Time Analysis) best practices to ensure accurate forecasting and scheduling.

Job Requirements :

3-6 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Strong understanding of MIS analytics principles and ability to create complex reports from large datasets.
Proficiency in RTA software applications such as [insert specific software].
