Job Responsibilities
- Forecasting and Analysis: Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict workload and staffing needs

- Reporting and Metrics: Generate and present detailed reports on workforce performance and operational metrics
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices
