Job Description

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Workday technology at PwC will focus on specialising and managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software and solutions within an organisation. Workday offers a range of applications for human resources (HR), finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions using Workday tools
Analyze complex issues to provide innovative solutions
Mentor and guide team members to maintain standards
Develop and sustain meaningful client connections
Navigate ambiguity with strategic thinking
Demonstrate proficiency in Workday Integration certification
Maintain a thorough understanding of integration modules

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

Proficiency in Workday Integration modules
Ability to resolve integration issues
Designing and deploying Integration solutions
Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts
Experience with Workday Studio and advanced reporting
Familiarity with Custom fields and reports
