Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday Technical Consultant with 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations and configurations. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Workday tools, including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PII, and Workday Extend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Workday solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Workday Extend, and custom reports.
  • Work on inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, time tracking).
  • Design and develop Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields as per business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather integration and reporting requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in full Workday implementation lifecycle requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and support.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in integration development.
  • Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders.
  • Assist with Workday security configurations and access controls when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday technical development and support.
  • Strong proficiency in :
  • Workday Studio
  • EIBs and Core Connectors
  • Web Services (REST/SOAP)
  • XSLT, XML, XSD, JSON
  • Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields
  • Good understanding of Workday HCM core modules, and business processes.
  • Knowledge of Workday Extend and PRISM Analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
