Role - Infrastructure Engineer Exp - 2+ Years Work Mode - Remote Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days Shift Timing - 5 AM to 2 PM Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits Help clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until resolution Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams Ensure all issues are properly logged Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time Document solutions in the form of notes and manuals Should be flexible with shifts (Early morning shift Australia Timezone) 2 - 4 Years if experience in L1-Helpdesk / L1- Remote support Proven work experience as a L1 Technical Support Engineer or IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role Beginner level administration experience with Microsoft Desktop & Server operating systems Excellent Communication skills is a must Working knowledge of Outlook configuration, Active Directory User / group management Working knowledge in any service management tool
