Infrastructure Engineer

• Experience: 4 to 7 Years with bachelors degree in computers, Information Technology (IT), or related field.
• Proficient knowledge in Windows/Linux server, Virtualization, Backup and Storage, and Networking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Server, Active Directory Management, DDI, RHEL Linux, VMware (vSphere, ESX), GCPVE, NetApp & related technologies.
• Expertise in Networking related activities, switching, routing, DNS, DHCP, IP configuration, Aruba basic skills, version checking, ISP, Internet and back up link, virtual VPN tunnels.
• Demonstrated experience in Level 2 support roles, particularly with server provisioning, backup and storage management, endpoint software issues, installations, and updates.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL foundation and ITSM processes like incident management, change management, problem management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to consumers, stakeholders and non-technical users.
• Proven ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions under pressure.
• Ability to multitask like monitoring, ticket updates, live updates on ongoing bridge.
• Knowledge and Skills (Optional / Good to have).
• Experience with Ivanti as SCCM and ITSM tool
• Microsoft or VMware certifications
  

Exposure to automations following Infra-as-code.
