Role Overview

Workday System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Time Tracking, Absence, Security, and Business Processes.
• Drive Workday improvements and introduce automation enhancements

  using any of the platforms

  such as

  UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, Power Automate, Work Fusion, Camunda, Automation Edge, Aka Bot, and Stack Storm

  .
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday business processes, EIBs, calculated fields, notifications, condition rules, and security groups.
• Support large-scale HR operations for hourly and distributed security personnel across retail sites.
• Perform system audits, quarterly release management, regression testing, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Scheduling, and Operations stakeholders to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and governance processes.
• Develop Workday dashboards and reports for workforce analytics, compliance tracking, and operational insights.
• Support integrations by partnering closely with the Workday Integration team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 47 years of Workday system administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across key modules: Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, Time Tracking, and Absence.
• Experience in hourly workforce environments such as security, retail, staffing, or field services.
• Ability to design or support automated workflows

  using any of the tools

  such as

  UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, MS Power Automate, Work Fusion, Camunda, Automation Edge, Aka Bot, Stack Storm

  .
• Strong understanding of HR operations, data validation, compliance, and change management.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Workday certifications are a plus.
