UI / UX Designer

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with a passion for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional digital products. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in React, JavaScript, Typescript, Html/Css Adobe XD , Figma , HTML/CSS , and WordPress . Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is also required to ensure well-rounded design capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that effectively address user needs and business goals. Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency in design and user experience across all products. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, identify pain points, and iterate designs based on user feedback. Create responsive designs optimized for different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Translate complex design problems into user-friendly solutions that balance functionality and aesthetics. Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design concepts, using HTML/CSS and WordPress. Produce high-quality visual assets for both web and mobile platforms using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator . Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback on the designs of peers. Keep up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design. Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma for designing and prototyping. Web Development: Strong understanding and experience with HTML/CSS . WordPress: Proficiency in WordPress , including theme customization and design integration. Visual Design Tools: Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating high-quality design assets. UI/UX Design Principles: Strong knowledge of design principles, usability, and user-centered design. Responsive Design: Experience creating designs for a variety of devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams and stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in design work and keen on ensuring a high level of quality in both design and implementation.
