Role: US IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Type: Fulltime Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 3 - 5 years of experience working with Implementing Partners and Prime Vendors . The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to source, screen, and place highly skilled IT professionals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quick turnarounds to meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities : Identify and engage top IT talent through various sourcing channels. Experience working on ATS Build and maintain relationships with Implementing Partners & Prime Vendors to support successful placements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Work efficiently to meet client needs within tight turnaround times. Maintain a professional and results-oriented approach to hiring. Required Skills : 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong understanding of working with Implementing Partners & Prime Vendors. Proven ability to source and place candidates in IT roles effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
