We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter with 01 year of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our US-based clients. Training will be provided for freshers with strong communication and learning abilities.
Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Review resumes, evaluate candidates, and conduct preliminary screenings.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.
Understand US hiring processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
Maintain candidate records and update the ATS regularly.
Follow up with candidates during onboarding and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet client hiring goals.
Work US night shifts to align with client time zones.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of IT technologies (training available).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good time-management and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or related fields.
Experience with job portals is a plus (but not mandatory).
Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
