Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
Work on W2, 1099, and C2C requirements while ensuring compliance with visa and tax regulations.
Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS efficiently.
Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified profiles within deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
45 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of US employment types, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, TN, etc.).
Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Indeed.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
