Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
  • Work on W2, 1099, and C2C requirements while ensuring compliance with visa and tax regulations.
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS efficiently.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified profiles within deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 45 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of US employment types, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, TN, etc.).
  • Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Indeed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
