Key Responsibilities
End-to-end US recruitment for Federal and Government contracting clients
Source candidates with active security clearances (Public Trust, Secret, Top Secret)
Utilize clearance-focused platforms such as Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and internal databases
Screen candidates for clearance status, technical skills, federal compliance, and cultural fit
Coordinate with US-based account managers, program managers, and hiring managers
Verify clearance level, eligibility, and validity during the screening process
Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, and offer coordination
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a US Recruiter
Proven experience sourcing active US security clearance candidates
Strong knowledge of Public Trust, Secret, and Top Secret clearance requirements
Experience supporting US Federal / Government clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with ATS tools and US job boards
Ability to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST as required)
