A Workday Solutions Architectwith over 6+ years of Workday Functional experience. Will be responsible foranalysing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday solutions tomeet the business requirements of clients.

Provide subject matter expertiseand guidance to clients on best practices, system configuration, implementationmethodology, and collaborate with technical consultants to ensure successfulintegration of Workday with other systems.

Skills and Qualification

Expertise in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation,Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, Payroll,Security, Prism, Benefits, and other complex HCM solutions.

Active or prior Workday certification isrequired.

Candidates must possess hands-on experience inat least two or more modules, excluding core HCM and core compensation.

Must have worked on end-to-end implementation ofWorkday projects and hands-on experience with the deployment process.

Strong presentation, communication, listening,and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions.

Staying up to date of the latest Workdayreleases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the mosteffective solutions to clients.
