What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing & maintaining standard and custom reports/dashboards using Workday tools (Report Writer, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, Worksheets, Prism) 📊

• Working closely with Finance & Accounting teams to translate business needs into smart technical reporting solutions

• Ensuring data accuracy and optimizing reports for top performance

• Supporting and training end-users on Workday reporting capabilities 🙌

• Managing the Workday Finance report catalog (version control, naming conventions, security access)

• Staying up to date with Workday best practices, enhancements & upgrades 🧠

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in system updates & testing

What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or similar

✔ 4+ years of experience in Workday reporting & analytics (Financials, Expenses, Procurement, Prism)

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Report Writer, Dashboards & Worksheets

✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Outstanding communication & collaboration skills

✔ Experience working in Agile environments
