Dear All TCS is hiring for Workday HCM Functional Consultant Location: MUMBAI Exp: 4 to 8 Years Configuration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS model for HCM Core, Hire to Retire · Experience in Business Process setup · General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Core HCM and any of these modules- Absence, Recruitement, Comp/Adv.Comp or Benefits) · Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance · Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules · Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player · Functional Consultant/Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM Should be strong in Functional areas below: Functional Areas: Core HCM Responsibilities: · Implementation/ Support projects execution and governance with the customer team. · Gather Business requirements and provide configuration support of Core HCM, Absence, Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management modules · Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integration Design/Development · Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary · Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts to craft technical specifications. · Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday. · Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards. · Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns · Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary Interested candidates please do apply Thanks Hymavathi D Show more Show less
