Experience:

• 2-8 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Workday Finance and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Proven track record of successful Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning implementations and enhancements.

Certifications:

• Workday Finance certification – P2P/R2R/C2C/Adaptive Planning certification.
• Having certifications in additional Modules like Business Assets, Expenses, Inventory etc. will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of financial processes and best practices in Workday Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting, configuring business processes and reports (calculated fields are a bonus)
• Proficiency in configuring and implementing Workday Adaptive Planning for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
