As a Workday Finance Functional Consultant at Huron, you will play a vital role in offering expert guidance and implementation support for Workday Finance. Your responsibilities will involve closely engaging with clients to comprehend their financial processes, configuring Workday solutions to align with their requirements, and ensuring a seamless deployment and implementation process. Requirements: - A minimum of 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementations. - Profound expertise in Workday Finance modules, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Financial Reporting, and the configuration of business processes and reports. - Possession of Workday Finance certification (Pillar: P2P, R2R, or C2C) with a deep understanding of financial operations and best practices. - Exceptional communication skills, adept stakeholder management capabilities, and strong problem-solving acumen. - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; an MBA in Finance is preferred. Preferences: - Exposure to additional Workday modules like Expenses, Budgets, SCM, Inventory, Business Assets, and Supplier Accounts. - Candidates with experience in C2C, Grants, and Projects modules will be given high priority.
