"Knowledge Base: > 5+ years experience • Implementation and maintenance experience on Workday Finance module • Configuration experience working (some or most) on functional areas like in Finance • Handson experience with Workday Financials functional configuration, testing, business process optimization, and maintenance for Core Financials, Procurement, Expenses, and Assets • Understanding on FDM, Accounting and business processes around the same • Work experience integrating Workday with other ERP and enterprise systems using APIs, Integration templates, connectors etc., • Analyze complex integrations and predict the release impacts in advance and plan for regression testing as needed • Be an active part of workday community to find industry trending solutions for problem statements and come up with recommendations for betterment of the Workday implementation • Ability to manage and maintain data in compliance with regulatory needs of the organization and geographic location • Support end user education and Issue resolution • L2 Support - Provide full service L2 support needed for end users that includes debugging, triage, escalation, resolution, deployment or configuration changes, document Root causes for future needs • L3 Support - Collaborate with Vendor support and product teams to adjust and enhance workflows, configurations and features as requested by the business stakeholders • Capture end user requirements for enhancements (SRs) and if needed work with vendors to get the requirement configured as desired by business • Exposure on ServiceNow to support the maintenance needs Preferred: • Experience working in a healthcare organization or regulated industry. • Familiarity with Workday business processes, security, integrations, and reporting. • Knowledge of Agile development practices and experience in collaborative project delivery. • Exposure to AI/ML capabilities in Workday or related platforms (e.g., sentiment analysis, automation triggers, smart suggestions). Job Title: SAP Concur Analyst Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur configuration and support, as well as other cloud-based business applications. This role will support and enhance enterprise systems across Finance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of functional business processes, and working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and technologies. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and specifications.
    • Support Concur by troubleshooting issues, configuring settings, and maintaining system performance. • Perform and coordinate system testing, QA, and validation across platforms. • Resolve user-reported issues submitted through ServiceNow, ensuring timely communication and resolution. • Participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring system solutions meet business objectives, compliance requirements, and technology standards. • Contribute to change management efforts, including documentation, training, and communication. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and test AI-powered tools or features integrated within enterprise systems. • Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, and business process optimization using AI and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years of direct experience supporting and configuring SAP Concur • Demonstrated experience working with or supporting AI-driven applications or tools (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics, AI-based automation). • Experience in QA/testing and validating system changes. • Proficient in writing functional documentation and user stories.
