Workday Analyst (immediate joiners)

Location: Onsite at client locations – Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Indore, Noida, Gurgaon
Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM IST
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Salary: ₹80,000 (in-hand)
Experience: 4+ Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an ERP Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Time Tracking and exposure to ShiftWizard and Dormakaba. The role involves configuration, troubleshooting, and integration of timekeeping systems, ensuring compliance and seamless workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Time Tracking (web/mobile entry, scheduling, project-based entries).
• Troubleshoot issues with time entry (in/out, units, worktags, etc.).
• Configure and manage mobile/web clocks – check-in/out, geofencing, activity history.
• Work on integrations with physical time clocks (e.g., Dormakaba) and related APIs.
• Configure calculations for payroll, overtime, holidays, and shift differentials.
• Ensure smooth integration with Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence Management.
• Build/maintain integrations and monitor schedules & interface errors.
• Support application upgrades, maintenance, and security.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and provide timely resolution.
• Write queries, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking experience
Experience in configuration, issue resolution, and integrations
Strong understanding of payroll-related calculations & scheduling

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions
• Hands-on with ShiftWizard and Dormakaba configurations
• Clock configuration & troubleshooting
• Prior exposure to interface design & maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
