Salary: ₹60,000 per month (In hand)
Contract Duration: 6 Months (extendable)

Role Overview

We are hiring an ERP Analyst (Workday – Supply Chain & Finance) to support enterprise ERP systems, build optimizations, and manage enhancements. This role involves supporting Workday SCM and Finance modules, handling change control, upgrades, and collaborating with clients for smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Workday Supply Chain & Finance modules.
• Build and deploy new modules, features, and enhancements.
• Handle change control processes and manage migrations to production.
• Support application upgrades, security, and user access.
• Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket resolutions.
• Collaborate with clients & change management to capture and document requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical off-hours issues.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Workday SCM & Finance operational/technical support experience
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree
Workday report-building experience

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
