Workday Analyst

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring security and assigning roles as required. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions. Your role will involve identifying automation opportunities through Workday custom reporting and other technical solutions. Additionally, you will lead discussions and testing of new functionalities related to system upgrades and releases to ensure smooth operations. Ensuring data integrity through regular validations and audits will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also play a vital role in creating and maintaining documentation of business processes. Your contribution to the overall HR team effort in delivering high-quality service and projects will be highly valued. We encourage you to make recommendations for process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Furthermore, you may assist in coordinating and leading efforts for various ongoing or annual HR projects. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in designing, configuring, and supporting multiple Workday functional areas. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently is essential. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, along with the ability to handle sensitive information tactfully, will be crucial. You must demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and the capacity to make informed decisions based on data analysis. Preferred qualifications include an advanced understanding of security administration and integrations, experience in configuring Workday for a global company, and proficiency in building dashboards and creating advanced reports. A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
