Job Description (Cabinetworks Services India) Job Title: ETL TALEND DEVELOPER JOB SUMMARY: The ETL Talend Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, supporting, and modifying complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Translating business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs, code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. Developing, configuring, supporting, and modifying complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications. Produce clean, efficient code based on industry level specifications and best practices. Recommend and execute improvements. Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), participate and coach others in all software development lifecycle phases. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting. Report progress and issues to Project Leader/Manager on a regular basis and ensure project schedules are met. EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING REQUIREMENT (As applicable): Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science or Mechanical engineering is preferred. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT (number of years range & notes as applicable) Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience as a Talend Developer. Hands-on experience with Talend ESB : environment setup, web services, data prep and administration of run time, karaf containers, camel routes desired. Hands-on experience working with Talend Data Integration : Configuring TAC and Studio, build, execute and manage Talend jobs needed. Hands on experience of working with SQL, PL/SQL and data integration tools. Hands on experience with Cloud migration and Talend Cloud Management console, API services and Platform Administrator is a MUST . ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: (MUST HAVE) Ability to design, develop, launch, scale, monitor and maintain Talend ETLs. Strong experience in Data Quality, Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design, Performance Tuning and High-Volume Data Loads. A working knowledge of source-code control using any tool available in the market is preferred. Experience with PL/SQL coding with intensive data analysis, planning and conducting integrated testing of ETL. Translate business requirements into well-architected customized solutions that best leverage the platform and products. Ability to participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation. Knowledge on Talend limitations, best practices, deployments, release management, project methodologies, manual testing processes, etc. Ability to work as an individual contributor to solve complex problems through research and analysis. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills to work with individuals and teams across the organization in English language.

Job Description (Cabinetworks Services India) Job Title: Analyst, Workday JOB SUMMARY: The Workday Analyst is responsible for supporting the configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday to meet the organization's evolving HR and business needs. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Team Member Engagement, IT and external vendors to ensure data transmission, integrity, process efficiency, and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with hands-on experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and basic integration knowledge. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Configure and test Workday modules to support key annual processes such as Open Enrollment, Merit Cycles, and Performance Reviews. Manage updates and changes to Workday business processes to align with evolving organizational requirements. Monitor and respond to inquiries in the HRIS inbox, providing timely and accurate support. Create and maintain custom and standard Workday reports to meet business and compliance needs. Execute Workday release testing and validation to ensure system stability and functionality. Serve as a liaison between HRIS and business users to identify HR processes running outside Workday and lead efforts to transition them into the system. Proficiency in creating and managing data loads using EIBs for mass changes or data updates. Support projects requiring Workday system configuration, testing, and implementation. Demonstrate intermediate-level knowledge of Workday integrations and assist with related troubleshooting and coordination. Train internal HR operations team members as needed EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT (number of years range & notes as applicable) 3-4 years of relevant Workday configuration experience or a Workday certification. Role & responsibilities - ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: (MUST HAVE) Technical Skills Cloud Architecture and Design, Networking and Integration, Security and Compliance, Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and associated cloud services, Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins). Strong understanding of branching strategies (Git-Flow, GitHub-Flow, GitLab-Flow, and Trunk-Based) Deep understanding of container orchestration (AKS) and microservices architecture. Solid knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards. PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: (NICE TO HAVE) Active Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certifications (strongly preferred) Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Datadog or the ELK Stack. Familiarity with serverless computing models and cost optimization strategies. Experience with other Cloud providers like AWS or Google Cloud. Work Time - 5:45 PM to 2:15 AM (IST)
