Workday Analyst

Role Overview: You will be an experienced Workday Analyst with expertise in Workday's Illuminate (AI) capabilities. Your role will involve understanding Workday HCM, SCM, and Finance to drive innovation through AI-driven solutions. As a client-facing role, you will need both functional and technical expertise to focus on optimization and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead demonstrations and rollouts of Workday Illuminate (AI) capabilities for customers. - Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and optimize processes using AI. - Conduct discovery sessions and gather business requirements from stakeholders. - Design and implement customized Workday solutions in collaboration with business units. - Develop and present structured solution roadmaps for clients. - Drive enhancement and project implementation across Workday HCM, SCM, and Finance modules. - Deliver new features, modules, and system enhancements within Workday. - Manage change control processes and support migration to production environments. - Provide support for Workday upgrades, access control, and security configurations. - Monitor and manage incoming ServiceNow tickets, including urgent issues. - Work closely with Client & Change Management teams to document detailed business requirements. - Participate in on-call rotations to handle critical issues outside business hours. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience across Workday HCM, SCM, and Finance modules. - Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workday implementation and support. - Proven experience implementing AI capabilities using Workday native tools and/or external AI tools, especially Illuminate. - Experience with the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday deployments and optimizations. - Ability to work in a global client-facing environment with strong communication and presentation skills.
