Ensure infrastructure adheres to compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.). Manage access control, identity management, and secure remote access. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business applications and IT initiatives. Provide Level 3 support for escalated network and infrastructure issues. Manage vendors, service providers, and hardware/software procurement. Documentation & Process Improvement: Develop and maintain comprehensive infrastructure and network documentation. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for scalability and cost-efficiency. Establish standard operating procedures for monitoring, patching, and incident response. Key Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years in enterprise network and infrastructure engineering roles with multi-site environments. Technical Skills: Expertise in network technologies: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar. Strong knowledge of routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (VLAN, STP), and WAN technologies.
