Workday Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution
• Be responsible for the designing, optimization, and implementation of various reporting andanalytics solutions.• Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal customers through the entire report developmentprocess from initial intake through report deployment.• Identify key considerations and enhancements in COE processes and configurations to supportthe reliability of data within reporting and analytics.• Understand routine Workday system enhancements and the impacts to reporting and analyticsand provide implementation and testing support as needed.• Support the People Analytics function on key strategic initiatives, including but not limited toenhancing HR scorecard processes, developing HR metrics and methodologies, and supportingHR peers with reporting best practices.• Serve as an additional resource for producing HR scorecards and data summaries for executiveleaders, Board of Directors, and other senior leaders across the organization.• Train HR team members on Workday reporting and dashboards, ensuring they are proficient inusing these tools effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in or with 3-5 years of Workday report development; certified in Workday Reporting strongly preferred. • Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite reporting and dashboard configuration • Workday Studio/BIRT experience preferred. • Strong HCM, Talent and Recruiting system experience with an emphasis in report development. • Background in understanding HCM data and its application in reporting and analytics.
