Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation of

    Workday Advanced Compensation

    including:
    • Merit, Bonus, and Stock Plans
    • Compensation Review Cycles
    • Salary Structures, Grades, and Grade Profiles
    • Compensation Packages and Eligibility Rules
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Configure

    compensation eligibility rules, plans, guidelines, validation rules, and security.

  • Develop

    calculated fields, condition rules, and reports

    to support compensation processes.
  • Support

    Compensation Review cycles (Merit/Bonus/Stock)

    including testing, rollout, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Integrations team to ensure accurate data flow to payroll and other downstream systems.
  • Conduct

    system testing (UAT, SIT)

    , defect resolution, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Deliver documentation, user guides, and training to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with Workday releases and assess impact on Compensation functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Workday experience

    , with at least

    2 years in Workday Advanced Compensation.

  • Strong knowledge of

    Core HCM, Compensation, and Security.

  • Hands-on experience in configuring

    Merit, Bonus, Stock Plans, Compensation Packages, and Review Events.

  • Proficiency in

    Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Compensation Worksheets.

  • Understanding of

    business process configuration

    and workflow routing.
  • Experience with

    testing, deployment, and cutover activities.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Workday HCM Core certification (mandatory); Advanced Compensation certification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of

    Workday Payroll or integrations

    .
  • Prior experience in

    global compensation design and rollout.

  • Ability to work in

    Agile / iterative environments.
