About the Role

ConRoar is hiring a WordPress Website Developer for a fast-growing tech company headquartered in Gurgaon.

The selected candidate will be on ConRoar’s payroll and will work closely with the client’s marketing and design teams to develop, manage, and optimize WordPress-based websites and landing pages that drive global lead generation and brand visibility.

You’ll handle the full lifecycle — from custom theme development and plugin integration to website performance optimization and analytics setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate websites, product pages, and landing pages on WordPress.
• Build and customize themes and plugins based on project needs.
• Ensure responsive, SEO-friendly, and fast-loading web pages.
• Work with marketing to create and update campaign landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
• Implement HubSpot or GA4 tracking codes, event tracking, and tag management via GTM.
• Regularly update core WordPress, plugins, and security patches.
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect layouts from Figma/Adobe XD.
• Troubleshoot website issues, manage staging environments, and maintain backups.
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and site performance.
• Work with SEO, analytics, and content teams to ensure website scalability and conversion optimization.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a WordPress Developer (preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment).
• Strong proficiency in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, hooks, shortcodes).
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
• Understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Version control experience using Git/GitHub.
• Ability to manage multiple web properties and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
