About the Role

Potters Wheel Media is seeking a skilled and technically strong WordPress Developer + IT Coordinator who can build high-quality WordPress websites using no-code tools and support essential IT operations within the office.

You must be equally confident with: ✔ WordPress website building (no-code + basic coding) ✔ Website performance & SEO fundamentals ✔ Hosting, cPanel, DNS & server basics ✔ Office tech support & Google Workspace management

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys both web development and hands-on IT tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesWordPress Design & Development

• Design, build, and maintain marketing websites and landing pages using WordPress
• Develop responsive, clean, and fast-loading layouts across desktop, mobile & tablet
• Create, configure, and manage themes, child themes, plugins, and custom post types
• Work with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, Bricks, etc.)
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD layouts into pixel-perfect pages (bonus)
• Implement website tracking (Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs)
• Optimize websites for speed, UX, performance, and SEO best practices
• Integrate websites with CRMs, forms, and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, Zapier, Make)
• Troubleshoot errors, plugin conflicts, and maintain site security & updates

Hosting, Server & DNS Management

• Install and configure WordPress on hosting servers
• Manage DNS settings, domain records, SSL certifications, and email routing
• Work with cPanel/Plesk for databases, backups, staging environments, and file management
• Handle website migrations, server-level optimizations, and site health monitoring

IT Coordination & Office Technical Support

• Provide first-level IT support for systems, networks, and devices
• Manage Google Workspace users, emails, groups, and security controls
• Support with Microsoft Office tools, software installations & troubleshooting
• Basic printer, router, network, and system setup
• Zoho Workspace knowledge is a plus
• Maintain IT documentation, asset logs, and renewal schedules

Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Background (Mandatory)

• BTech / BSc IT / Computer Science or equivalent

Core Technical Skills

• WordPress (no-code builders + admin management)
• DNS, domain & hosting management
• cPanel, staging, backups, and site migrations
• Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
• Website troubleshooting & debugging
• Understanding of website architecture & UI consistency

Bonus Skills (Super Advantageous)

• Coding knowledge: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, basic Java, jQuery
• Ability to convert wireframes/mockups into working pages
• Understanding of UX principles and accessibility
• Familiarity with schema markup, on-page SEO, and technical SEO
• Graphics creation using Canva or Adobe Suite
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, image generators, automation workflows)
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations (HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, Make)

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in WordPress development
• Strong portfolio of live websites (preferred)
• Freshers may apply — Immediate joining required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
