Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in WordPress (custom theme & plugin development, troubleshooting). Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP . Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, and other WordPress builders . Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization . Familiarity with MySQL databases and web hosting . Basic knowledge of Git, APIs, and RESTful services is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hosting services like Godaddy and Hostinger Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) . Experience in e-commerce, web accessibility (WCAG), or progressive web apps (PWAs) . Key Responsibilities : Website Development & Maintenance – Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications. Front-End & Back-End Development – Work with technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL. Performance Optimization – Ensure fast load times, scalability, and mobile responsiveness. Security & Compliance – Implement best practices for data security and web standards. Troubleshooting & Debugging – Identify and resolve website issues efficiently. Collaboration – Work with designers, content creators, and other developers for seamless user experiences. Integration – Connect APIs, third-party services, and CMS platforms as needed. Testing & Quality Assurance – Conduct testing (unit, functional, and cross-browser) to ensure reliability. SEO & Accessibility – Optimize for search engines and ensure web accessibility standards. Continuous Learning – Stay updated with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
