Job Description

We are seeking a

NOC Engineer

who is

multi-skilled across IT infrastructure domains

such as

Wintel & Network / Wintel & Linux / Wintel & Cloud / Linux & Cloud

. The role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring uptime for servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure while supporting 24x7 operations.

Key Responsibilities

p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting support and escalate issues when required.
p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Manage incidents, service requests, problem records, and change requests as per ITIL standards.
p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of IT services.
p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Perform system administration tasks (user management, patching, backups).
p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Maintain documentation of incidents and problem resolutions.

Qualifications

Certifications Preferred (not Mandatory)
