Location - Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Pune. We are looking for a skilled and automation-focused Windows Engineer to join our Capability Unit. This role will focus on delivering standardized, scalable, and automated Windows infrastructure solutions using Ansible and Terraform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing internal accelerators, reusable components, and frameworks that enable faster, reliable service delivery across enterprise environments. Responsibilities Design, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.). Automate Windows infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible. Develop reusable playbooks and modules for patching, hardening, software deployment, and configuration compliance. Build capability assets, frameworks, and solution templates for internal consumption and delivery readiness. Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and SRE teams for integrating Windows automation into CI/CD pipelines. Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and automation runbooks as part of capability development. Contribute to capability showcases, internal PoCs, and reusable solution packs for client projects. Qualifications Strong experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise configurations. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks. Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning (especially Azure/AWS). Experience writing and maintaining Ansible Playbooks for Windows configuration management. Good understanding of version control systems like Git. Ability to design modular, reusable, and idempotent automation code. Required Skills Strong experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise configurations. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Understanding compliance frameworks (CIS benchmarks, patch compliance).
