We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Wi-Fi and Network Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wireless Network Management - Oversee the Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade Wi-Fi solutions across offices, campuses, and remote sites.
  • Evaluate and select Wi-Fi vendors and technologies based on evolving needs.
  • Perform and review wireless surveys (predictive, passive, active) using various tools
  • Ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable wireless connectivity in accordance with compliance policies.
  • Lead incident investigations involving wireless vulnerabilities, rogue AP detection, or unauthorized access.
  • Responsible for vendor and third-party risk management
  • Compliance & Governance - Develop, implement, and maintain network compliance policies aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOX, and GDPR.
  • Lead lifecycle management of network hardware/software and network management platforms
  • Oversee audits of network and wireless infrastructure, access controls, segmentation, and encryption practices.
  • Monitor and report on compliance status, control effectiveness, and associated risks across all network layers.
  • Documentation & Training- Maintain accurate documentation including policies, network diagrams, configuration baselines, and compliance reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in enterprise network management with at least 3–5 years focused on compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related field with 5 years’ experience in leading a team.
  • Deep technical expertise in Wi-Fi technologies (Cisco, Mist/Juniper etc.) and network infrastructure.
  • Proficient with wireless audit/survey tools and network compliance platforms.
  • Excellent documentation and compliance reporting skills
