Job Description

The Wholesale Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with dealerships, distributors, and retailers in the 2-wheeler and motorcycle accessories & riding gear sector. The role focuses on generating sales, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and prospect potential dealers, distributors, and retailers for motorcycle products, accessories, and riding gear. Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and increase sales in the assigned territory. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued business and brand loyalty. Promote and sell a range of 2-wheeler products, including motorcycles, parts, riding gear, and accessories. Regularly visit existing and potential customers to present product offerings, collect feedback, and resolve any issues. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with dealers while ensuring competitive pricing for all parties. Ensure sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met consistently. Product Knowledge & Market Insights: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Be knowledgeable about product specifications, new launches, and technological advancements in motorcycles, riding gear, and accessories. Communicate product features, benefits, and usage to clients effectively. Order Processing & Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the order process from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and timely deliveries. Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to manage stock levels, backorders, and timely fulfillment. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and inventory data. Customer Support & After-Sales Service: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and provide solutions. Support clients with product installations, returns, and warranty services. Provide technical and product support to dealers, ensuring customers receive exceptional after-sales service. Sales Reporting & Strategy: Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns or special deals for dealers. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies as needed. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in wholesale sales or B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry (motorcycles, accessories, or related sectors). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong understanding of motorcycle products, accessories, and riding gear. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry is a plus. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
