Type: Remote | 6-Month Contract Compensation: ₹1,00,000 (for the entire project duration) Start Date: Immediate Future Opportunity: PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) based on performance 🔧 About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and independent CRM Developer to build a WhatsApp CRM platform from scratch, similar to WATI. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a full-featured CRM system integrated with WhatsApp Business APIs. This is a remote contractual role for 6 months with performance-based full-time hiring opportunities. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: Develop a custom WhatsApp-based CRM using WhatsApp Cloud API or 360Dialog. Build and deploy modules like: Multi-agent chat inbox Broadcast & campaign scheduler Contact and label management Automation & keyword triggers Analytics dashboards and activity reports Ensure data security, compliance, and system scalability. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and client success teams. Maintain clear documentation and ensure on-time sprint deliveries. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience building CRM systems, SaaS tools, or chat-based platforms. Proficiency in: Python/Django (or similar backend framework) Frontend: React.js or Vue.js (preferred) WhatsApp Cloud API , 360Dialog, or Twilio RESTful APIs, Webhooks, third-party integrations Experience with user role management, real-time messaging, and automation workflows. Familiarity with data privacy, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and deployment on cloud servers.
