Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant, located in our Jaipur office. The WFM Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, forecast, and manage workforce resources effectively to meet operational targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing workforce data, managing scheduling and forecasting processes, optimizing resource allocation, creating reports, and providing strategic recommendations to improve process efficiencies. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing workforce management strategies and providing insights to enhance productivity and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in workforce scheduling, forecasting, and resource planning tools
• Analytical skills, data interpretation, and an ability to create reports for actionable insights
• Solid understanding of contact center management, employee performance metrics, and SLAs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Excel, WFM Systems, and CRM tools
• Flexibility to work on-site in Jaipur and good interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
• Previous experience in workforce management or a related field is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, or a related discipline preferred
