About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end production for FOB orders

  , with primary focus as a

  Denim Specialist

• Manage

  Denim, Knits & T-shirts

  production across

  Men’s & Women’s categories

• Execute production in line with

  buyer T&A calendars and shipment schedules

• Drive

  line efficiency, SMV-based planning, and line balancing

• Ensure

  inline quality control

  , fit accuracy, and defect reduction (DHU control)
• Handle denim-specific processes including

  construction, washing coordination, finishing, and measurements

• Coordinate closely with

  Merchandising, PPC, IE, QA/QC, Stores, and Logistics

  for FOB execution
• Own

  production KPIs

  including output, efficiency, quality, and on-time shipment
• Lead, mentor, and develop

  supervisors and line leaders

  , building strong floor discipline
• Ensure compliance with

  SEDEX / SMETA social compliance standards

• Maintain strong

  Excel / ERP / MIS reporting

  for production tracking and reviews
• Support

  buyer coordination

  , PPM follow-ups, and pre-shipment readiness

Required Experience & Skills

7–9 years

Strong Denim Specialisation

FOB orders

Knits & T-shirts

Men’s & Women’s wear

buyer specifications, quality standards, and export timelines

tight deadlines and production pressure

✔ Confident shop-floor leader with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in

  Textiles / Garment Technology / Industrial Engineering

• Experience with

  export houses or premium international buyers

• Familiarity with

  Lean / 5S / IE productivity tools

• Exposure to

  AQL standards, fit sessions, and measurement control
