Client Servicing Supervisor

The Supervisor will lead and oversee the client servicing function, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the tech team. The role involves supervising the team, generating reports, ensuring timely task completion, training clients and team members, and managing conflict resolution with professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Management preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, data analysis or related field
• Prior experience in leading/supervising a team
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SaaS or procurement software will be an advantage

Client Servicing Associate

The Associate will support the client servicing team in handling client relationships, responding to client inquiries, coordinating with the tech team, and assisting with client/user training. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office; ability to work with reports and documentation
• Ability to learn and adapt to SaaS-based solutions
