We empower doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals with marketing tools, lead generation support, and patient management systems.

Now, we’re scaling up — and we’re looking for a visionary CTO to lead our technology roadmap and build the next phase of AYKA Care’s ecosystem.

Role Overview

As the CTO, you will:

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.

• Oversee product development, app and web architecture, ensuring scalability and security.

• Lead and build a tech team to develop innovative digital healthcare solutions.

• Collaborate with leadership on product innovation, automation, and AI-driven features.

• Manage vendor relations, tech stack optimization, and cloud infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 5–10 years of tech leadership experience (preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or B2C platforms).

• Is hands-on with web/app development (React, Node, Flutter, etc.) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).

• Understands healthcare data privacy norms (HIPAA or similar).

• Can translate ideas into scalable digital products.

• Is ready to join a high-growth startup environment and make a real impact.
