1) Understand luxury wedding aesthetics and design stunning decor concepts.

2) Work closely with production to bring your visual vision to life.

3) Must have a flair for colors, materials, and mood boards.

4) 🎓 Experience: 5+ years in wedding design/styling.

🔹 CLIENT SERVICING – EVENTS & MICE - You eat deadlines for breakfast and charm clients by lunch? Let’s talk!

1) Handle briefs, build strong relationships, and ensure flawless delivery.

2) Be the bridge between the client and our creative/production teams.

3) Must be energetic, communicative, and solutions-focused.

4)🎓 Experience in events/media preferred.

• Proven experience of Minimum 5 Years in client servicing and Event Coordination.
• Minimum Experience of 5 Years in Event Field with Complete Production & Technical Knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Costing as well as presentation Skill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event execution
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in event management

🔹 EVENT MANAGER

1) Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate, social, and MICE events.

2) Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.

3) Support in preparing event proposals, budgets, timelines, and logistics plans.

4) Oversee event set-up, décor, AV, and technical requirements.

5) Handle client communication and provide updates on event progress.

6) Ensure compliance with brand standards and client expectations.

7) Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.

8) Post-event support including feedback collection, reporting, and documentation.

9) 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or a related role (internships can be considered).

EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN THE EVENTS INDUSTRY IS AN ABSOLIUTE REQUIREMENT.
