Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Manager with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Tally and a strong background in managing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and compliance.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, taxation, and payroll.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and audit reports.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and auditors for financial transactions.
Implement financial controls and process improvements.
Lead and mentor the accounts team.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle financial planning and reporting independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
