Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: [Vishwakarma industrial area jaipur rajasthan): Finance & Accounts Reports To: Finance Head / CFO Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting or finance roles Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, manage reporting, and support strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, and Income Tax Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits Develop budgets and monitor financial performance against goals Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions Liaise with banks, tax consultants, and other financial institutions Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CA Inter preferred) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books) Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis ability Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and team management capabilities Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in handling a team Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
