Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Client Value Delivery Manager – WordPress to lead ANCKR’s WordPress practice and ensure every project delivers measurable value to clients. You’ll manage the delivery lifecycle across multiple WordPress projects—balancing client communication, team leadership, and technical oversight. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of client outcomes and technical execution, can guide developers and QA teams, and owns delivery accountability from scope to launch.

Responsibilities:

● Serve as the primary point of accountability for all WordPress projects

● Lead and manage WordPress developers and QA resources across client engagements

● Ensure project delivery aligns with client goals, timelines, and ANCKR quality standards

● Translate business requirements into actionable workflows for the team

● Enforce internal playbooks (hosting, SEO, caching, optimization)

● Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows (Cursor, automation tools) for delivery speed

● Oversee QA, staging, launch, and post-launch support processes.

● Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders

● Continuously refine WordPress delivery practices for efficiency and repeatability

Requirements:

Must-Have:

● 4+ years of professional WordPress delivery or management experience (agency preferred)

● Strong understanding of WordPress stack: themes, plugins, hosting, staging workflows

● Proven leadership experience managing delivery teams (developers + QA)

● Hands-on experience with page builders like Spectra, Elementor, or similar

● Excellent communication and accountability skills with client-facing experience

Nice-to-Have:

● Familiarity with Astra Pro, WPForms, WP Rocket, WP Remote, Yoast SEO

● Comfort writing/reviewing PHP, CSS, and JS for custom solutions

● Experience with AI-assisted workflows (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)

● Exposure to CPT UI, ACF, and performance troubleshooting

● Strong understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices
