Job Description

Job Summary :

Website Manager

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain the company's website(s) across CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
  • Implement AI-powered tools to enhance user experience, content recommendations, SEO, and site performance.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using AI-enhanced analytics platforms.
  • Ensure website security, regular backups, and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to keep the website aligned with brand objectives.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with developers when required.
  • Optimize web pages for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and mobile compatibility.
  • Ensure SEO best practices and schema integration, including use of AI-driven SEO tools.
  • Maintain GDPR and data privacy compliance across all digital properties.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to website architecture, updates, and AI systems used.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in website management and CMS platforms.

  • Proficiency in AI tools and platforms is compulsory

    (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Google AI, AI-based analytics or personalization tools).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with APIs and website integrations.
  • Experience with SEO, web performance optimization, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and AI-driven recommendation engines.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, AI chatbots).
  • Graphic design and UX/UI understanding.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and web compliance standards.
