About the Role


We are looking for a full-time Webflow & MarTech Specialist to own the end-to-end quality, performance, and integrations of our website. This role requires advanced Webflow skills along with hands-on experience in marketing technology tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build, manage, and optimize the company website in Webflow.


  • Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and high-quality coding standards.


  • Integrate and maintain HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and AIO optimizations.


  • Implement SEO best practices and optimize website for speed and organic growth.


  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure flawless site performance.


  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align website with business goals.


Requirements

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in Webflow development.


  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for custom code in Webflow.


  • Proven experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO optimization.


  • Understanding of AIO (AI-driven optimization tools) is a plus.


  • Strong ownership mindset, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.


Nice-to-Have


  • Experience in SaaS or marketing-driven environments.


  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion tracking, and lead capture forms.


  • Familiarity with MarTech automation workflows.
