About the Role:

Web3 Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy
Web3 solutions
, including DApps, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate
blockchain functionalities
into existing and new applications.
Conduct research on
emerging Web3 trends, platforms, and technologies
.
Evaluate and implement
DeFi protocols, NFT standards, and DAO frameworks
.
Ensure
security, scalability, and performance
of decentralized applications.
Assist in defining
tokenomics, governance models, and incentive structures
.
Monitor and analyze the
Web3 ecosystem
for innovative solutions and partnership opportunities.
Support
community engagement, developer onboarding, and ecosystem growth
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Blockchain, or related field
.
Experience with
Layer 2 solutions, cross-chain protocols, or interoperable systems
.
Knowledge of
on-chain/off-chain data integration, oracles, and blockchain APIs
.
Contributions to
open-source blockchain/Web3 projects
.
Prior experience in
community engagement or developer advocacy in the blockchain space
.
