Job Description

Position:

Immediate Joiners Preferred- (Available to join in 15-30 days maximum 45days only)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure solutions on the
ServiceNow platform
with a focus on
IT Asset Management (SAM & HAM)
and
Customer Service Management (CSM)
modules.
Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support asset lifecycle and customer service processes.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using
REST API
and
SOAP API
.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in
ServiceNow development
and configuration.
Expertise in
ITAM modules
(Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management).
Experience in
CSM module
implementation and customization.
Proficiency in
JavaScript
, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow best practices.
Knowledge of
API integrations
(REST, SOAP).

Nice to Have:

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in ITAM or CSM).
Exposure to ITOM Discovery or other ServiceNow modules.
