Provide functional and technical support to clients for website-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Monitor and maintain the smooth functioning of client-facing web platforms.
Coordinate with internal development, design, and QA teams to address and resolve bugs, UI/UX issues, and implement enhancements.
Document issues, solutions, and client communications to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of web platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Proven customer service and client handling abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
